Return and refund policy

We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, or refunds beyond your statutory rights.

If you are a consumer in Norway or the EU/EEA, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us at support@mistwell.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and in appropriate condition.

Please note that some items may be exempt from the right of cancellation where permitted by law, including sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, and customised or personalised items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@mistwell.store and we will help resolve the issue.

Refunds, where applicable, will be made to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
