How does the Rain Cloud Diffuser work?

Fill the top reservoir with water, plug in the USB-C cable, and turn it on. Water drops fall through the cloud shape into the base, creating a mesmerizing rain effect with soothing ASMR sounds. Add a few drops of your favorite essential oil for aromatherapy.

How long does the water last?

The 450ml tank runs for approximately 6–8 hours on a single fill, depending on your rain intensity setting.

Is it noisy?

Not at all. The rain sound operates at 30–50 dB — similar to a whisper. Most customers use it specifically to help them sleep.

What essential oils can I use?

Any water-soluble essential oil works. We recommend lavender for sleep, eucalyptus for focus, and citrus for energy. Use 3–5 drops per fill.

What plug type does it use?

The diffuser is powered via USB-C cable (included). Simply plug it into any USB adapter, power bank, or laptop. European standard compatible.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 10–18 business days to European destinations. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@mistwell.store within 48 hours and we will send a replacement at no extra cost. 

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to all EU countries and Norway. If your country isn't listed at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
